Refunds

Customer-requested refunds are available only when requested more than 14 clear days before the event. No customer-requested refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event, except where required by law.

Cancellation or postponement

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, applicable ticket and mandatory booking-fee refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Artist line-up changes

The organiser may make non-material adjustments to the artist line-up. This does not restrict customers’ rights where there is a material change to the advertised event.

Ticket transfers/name changes

Tickets are non-transferable. Name changes may be requested by the original purchaser up to 14 clear days before the event.
